Welcome to VOOX! This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between you (the user) and Silicon Pioneers PTE.LTD (the operator of VOOX), which govern your access to and use of the VOOX platform and its services.

Please review this Agreement carefully to fully understand your rights and obligations. By using the services offered by VOOX, you agree to comply with this Agreement and our related policies.

This Agreement is legally binding between you and the operator of VOOX. The operator refers to the legal entity that operates the VOOX platform, which is recognized under applicable laws. "VOOX" refers to the platform operated by VOOX, including but not limited to the VOOX website located at voox.com, which is encrypted.

VOOX provides a range of services, such as tracking cryptocurrency data, accessing price information, executing transactions, and engaging in various activities available through the platform. While we strive to offer a secure and dependable service, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of all content. We advise users to exercise caution and verify information independently before proceeding with any transactions. For any disputes, we encourage users to follow our dispute resolution process to ensure fairness.

Eligibility for Registration

To use the VOOX services, users must meet the necessary criteria for registration.

Registration and Account

By registering on VOOX, you agree to provide accurate information and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for securing your VOOX account and password. All activities conducted under your account, including but not limited to information sharing, posting, and agreeing to rules or services, are your responsibility. You agree to:

• a) Immediately notify VOOX of any unauthorized use of your account or password.
• b) Follow the website's security procedures, including proper authentication and transaction protocols.
• c) Log out after each session to prevent unauthorized access.

VOOX will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to adhere to these security practices. We will take reasonable time to respond to your requests, but we do not assume responsibility for any losses incurred before action is taken.

By accessing VOOX, you confirm that you are not listed under any trade embargoes or sanctions. VOOX reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to services in specific countries or regions. VOOX services are not available in certain regions, including:

Additionally, VOOX does not offer services to users located in countries subject to U.S. sanctions enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including Iran, North Korea, Ukraine, Russia, Cuba, and Syria.

VOOX provides its services "as is," without any warranties, either expressed or implied. While we work to maintain a secure environment, we cannot control certain factors like network issues or disruptions caused by third parties. By using VOOX, you acknowledge that transactions involve inherent risks, and VOOX is not liable for any losses, including loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use of our services.

VOOX reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform and services at its discretion, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

VOOX may periodically update and modify its privacy policy. These changes will be communicated through the VOOX platform, and the updated privacy policy will form part of this Agreement.
